In a cut throat highly completive recruitment industry monster.ca wanted to stand out from the crowd and take a different stance. We used the power of storytelling during the oscar broadcast to change the landscape and show that this client was head and shoulders above the competition. The print ads showed monster.ca could find that elusive candidate or job offer, while the mass reaching TV cast a wide net to get the candidates in the door. The print was well received at national award shows, while the broadcast was shortlisted at The One Show.
